Center for Life Management is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy sets out how CLM uses and protects any information that you give CLM when you use this website. Information we collect and how we use it.

CLM may collect two types of information from users of our website: “personally identifiable information” and “aggregate information.”

 
1. Personally identifiable information voluntarily provided by you

Personally identifiable information is any piece of information which can be used to uniquely identify contact, or locate a user of our site (such as name, email address, postal address, telephone number). CLM will not disclose, sell or rent your name or any personal information about you to any third party. You do not need to provide us with any personal information to receive information from our site. There are instances when CLM may make online requests for individually identifiable information from you. This information we may retain for the processing and facilitation requests. The information you submit to us online is treated in the same confidential manner as information you might provide in written format such as an application form.

2. Aggregate information

 Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about users of our site. The aggregate information we collect is not linked to your personal information. Aggregate information is used in a collective manner and no single person can be identified by that compiled information. CLM uses the aggregate information that’s collected to measure the number of visitors to the different pages and sections of our site. This information allows us to help make our site more useful to visitors. We do not report on individual user sessions.  Only unidentifiable, aggregate data is shared with outside resources.

E-mail inquiries

 Our website contains e-mail links that allow you to easily send an e-mail inquiry to the intended recipient at CLM.  When you use these e-mail links, your e-mail address and the subject of your inquiry are provided to the intended recipient so that they can respond to your specific inquiry only.  To further assure the protection of your privacy, we do not respond to e-mails about treatment issues or appointments.

Credit card information

We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our clients and visitors convenience. PayPal manages the routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks. PayPal adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing and compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.  CLM does not store credit card or bank account information.

Cookies

We are always looking to improve our site, to help us do that, we use cookies to track your visit. We may use cookies to enable us to produce statistical information (anonymous) which helps us to improve the structure and content of our site. CLM also may use cookies to provide visitors with certain features available on our website. A cookie is a small amount of data that our web server sends to your browser on your computer or device when you visit certain parts of our site. It is not a program, it cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.

Unless otherwise expressly provided, CLM will issue a refund for fully substantiated claims of overpayment.  This general policy does not apply where CLM has otherwiseadopted a specific cancellation or refund policy.

Our site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that CLM is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such linked sites or any link contained in a linked website. CLM is not responsible for any updates or changes that these linked websites may make.
