Center for Life Management (CLM) is closely monitoring the COVID-19 (coronavirus), as the situation continues to rapidly evolve. The health and safety of our clients, staff, and visitors is of the utmost importance to us and we are taking proactive steps to stop the spread of COVID-19.

We do ask if a client or member of their household has been in contact with anyone that has symptoms of the flu such as a fever, cough, chills or shortness of breath to please call to reschedule your onsite appointment with CLM at 603-434-1577 and seek the guidance of your primary medical provider.
