COVID-19 UPDATES, RESOURCES AND VACCINATION INFORMATION
Center for Life Management (CLM) is closely monitoring the COVID situation as it continues to evolve. The health and safety of our clients, staff, and visitors is our highest priority. We are taking a very cautious approach as we move to the next "re-entry" phase in the provision of services and the use of our facilities.
A majority of CLM services are now being provided via telehealth either by phone or video. Clients will be contacted by a member of their treatment team regarding this option.
CLM Emergency Services remains available 24/7 and can be reached at 603-434-1577, Option 1. Walk-in Crisis Assessments are available Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm at CLM Derry office.
You are not alone! This is a very trying time that can create anxiety and concern for many. Practicing self-care is very important right now. Please know that CLM and our providers remain here for you!
