These free one-session trainings are designed for parents and guardians of children, teens or young adults who would like to learn skills to help de-escalate a situation or help de-escalate a negative behavior.
Participants will learn positive ways to communicate in a crisis situation with a focus on de-escalation techniques and safe, non-restrictive interventions you can utilize in the home or within the community.
