CLM ASKS FOR PUBLIC INPUT FOR COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT

DERRY, NH – The Center for Life Management (CLM) is launching a Community Needs Assessment and inviting residents across greater Derry/Salem/Plaistow and surrounding towns to share their perspectives on local health priorities and service gaps.

The survey, open through October 2026, asks community members to identify what health and wellness services need more attention, where gaps exist, and what’s working well. Input will directly inform CLM’s service expansion and programming decisions.

“We don’t make assumptions about what our community needs,” said Vic Topo, President and CEO of the Center for Life Management. “We ask. This assessment is how we ensure our work stays grounded in real community experience and real gaps we can actually address.”

Community members can complete the survey online by scanning the QR code or visiting https://www.research.net/r/CLM_CHNA_2026. Survey participants are entered to win one of two $50 gift cards.

The Center for Life Management is pursuing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) status—a national credential that expands access to comprehensive mental health and substance use services. As part of that goal, the Community Health Needs Assessment is a vital part of the process that is asking residents to weigh in on local priorities and service gaps.
