Walk-In Crisis Assessments are now available 24/7 daily at our Main Office in Derry, 10 Tsienneto Road.
These Walk-In Crisis Assessments are like “Urgent Care” for mental health, coupled with ongoing follow-up for up to 30 days in an outpatient setting. If other supports are needed, we will integrate and transition the individual to appropriate care.
When to Call? When you experience unmanaged emotional distress and your supports or coping skills aren’t working effectively to manage:
Panic, despair, sudden life changes
Co-occurring crisis of mental health and substance use
Self-injury
Thoughts of harm to self or others
Psychosis, mania or other emotional or mental health crisis

Our Acute Care Services team includes clinicians, case managers and peer support specialists all trained and skilled in crisis support. Our support helps people avoid higher levels of care.
Services provided include:
Crisis Support and Assessment (phone and video telehealth)
Mobile Crisis Assessments in-person with the individual where they are in the community.

Crisis Stabilization a short-term, comprehensive assessment and crisis planning for an individual who is remaining in the community but is in need of crisis support.
Family Consultation provided when a friend or family member has concerns regarding a person in crisis, CLM offers support and guidance to help them help their loved one in crisis.
