From Psychology Major to Behavioral Health Professional: Camille Belkus ’26 Helps Launch New Pathway at UNH Manchester

CLM is proud to celebrate the success of the new Behavioral Health Co-Op partnership with the University of New Hampshire at Manchester and share this wonderful article highlighting the program’s first student!

Psychology major Camille Belkus became the first UNH student to participate in the paid Co-Op program, designed to prepare students for the real-world demands of community mental health work. Camille joined CLM in January as a Collaborative Care Community Support Counselor and has already accepted a full-time position with our team—an incredible accomplishment and a testament to her dedication, compassion, and hard work!

Created through collaboration among CLM, UNH Manchester, and New Hampshire’s Community Mental Health System, the program provides students with hands-on experience, professional mentoring, and meaningful paid employment while they complete their degrees.
